The Florence Summerhouse features a traditional apex roof and shorter windows for a more classic appearance.

Constructed with heavy-duty 3” x 1½” planed framing, and finished with 20mm deluxe timber cladding, the Florence provides excellent structural stability and long-term durability. It is fitted with UPVC windows and doors as standard, offering a low-maintenance finish while retaining the warmth and character of a timber building.

A generous 15” roof canopy with plain fascia boards adds shelter and balance to the front elevation, and the roof is finished with heavy-duty polyester-based felt for reliable weather protection. Chrome ironmongery completes the clean, modern look.

The Florence works well as a home office, garden room, home gym or hobby space, providing a comfortable and usable environment. As with the Sorrento, we also offer an insulation and internal wall lining package on this model for improved year-round comfort.
