HOW TO ORDER
Ordering your shed with us is simple and straightforward. Here’s how it works from first conversation to manufacture.
Step 1: Place Your Order
You can place your order either in person or over the telephone – whatever suits you best.
We’ll talk through everything we need to know, including:
Your name, delivery address (including postcode), and contact telephone number
The size and style of shed you’re looking for
Any potential challenges with access or the base
This initial chat helps us make sure everything is right from the start. We’ll also let you know our current lead time at this stage.
Step 2: Order Form & Deposit
Happy with everything? Let’s lock it in.
A 50% deposit secures your order and places you into our production system.
We’ll complete an order form which includes:
The cost of your shed
Any optional extras
Delivery details
Any special requirements
Our full terms of sale
We’ll also write the approximate lead time clearly at the top of your order form.
You’ll receive our “What Happens Next” leaflet, which explains exactly how things progress from here, including when and how we’ll be in touch about delivery and installation.
If you’re ordering over the telephone, once we’ve taken the deposit, we’ll complete the order form for you and post it out, including a sketch of your building, so you have a copy for your records.
Step 3: Manufacturing & Preparation
Once your order is confirmed, your order is in our system. When the team reaches your build slot, they’ll get to work crafting your shed with the care and attention we’re known for.
During this time, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll contact you in line with the process outlined in the What Happens Next leaflet to confirm your delivery and installation details.
